Day 05：Beijing
Pick up from your hotel around 9:00am. First visit the National Theatre from its outside. Then move on to Beijing Planning Exhibition Hall - a big hall showing you the 3000 years history of Beijing with its districta as well as the future planning of this city with some models of Olympic Games. After lunch, drive to the National Stadium ( Nest ) for its outside sightseeing. Situted at the Olympic Green, it has a floor space of 258,000 sq meters. The National Stadium in Beijing is the main stadium for the 2008 Olympic Games. After the National Stadium ( nest ), move on to National Swimming Center ( Water Cube ) nearby for outside look. Lastly visit Nationalities Park (Chinese Ethnic Culture Park ), a focus on traditional architecture, music and dance. Back to your hotel. ( L )
Day 06：Beijing
Visit the west of Beijing. First visit Zhoukoudian Peking Man Site, an area of lime mines and craggy foothills ranks among the world's great paleontological sites (and served as the setting for Amy Tan's The Bonesetter's Daughter). After the tour, move on to Jietai Temple, the temple,one of China's most famous ancient Buddhist sites. Its four main halls occupy terraces on a gentle slope up to Ma'an Shan (Saddle Hill). Lastly, drive to Marco Polo Bridge, which is best remembered in modern times as the spot where invading Japanese armies clashed with Chinese soldiers on June 7, 1937, hence the start of Sino-Japanese War.
