You can book a car rental in Beijing online or or call us at 86-10 67160201 ext 1006 or 1007, or send your enquiry to info@tour-beijing.com. If you have a last minute booking or an urgent matter after our normal office hour, please call (86) 13520598855 or 13901312027. You will get a comfirmed email or call from our trip advisor. top
2) Can you guarantee that the car confirmed from your side is the car I am going to take?
Tour-Beijing Travel Service, just like all other car rental companies, can not guarantee a specific model or brand. But We do guarantee the car category. You may have a specific model request, but it can not be guaranteed. top
3) How do I pay for my car rental?
We prefer cash payment upon your arrival in Beijing. But we do accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club. top
4) How is my car rate guaranteed?
We guarantee our rates in U.S. dollars on our website. Please print out the rates if necessary. Most reservations require no pre-payment. But if you want to change or cancel your booking, please tell us well in advance. top
5) Is there a fee for canceling or changing a reservation?
There is no fee to change or cancel a car rental booking provided that you contact tour-Beijing Travel Service before the end of the rental period. top

All the drivers have the official licenses with over 5 years' driving experience. All drivers select the most dynamic route, observe local traffic regulations; Are properly dressed(suit,tie,matching/polished shoes,etc); Are familiar with the region in which the operate; Refrain from smoking,eating and drinking in the passenger's presence. top
8) Do we have to take care of our driver'lunch or dinner while we use his service?
No. You don't have to. top
9) Do I have to give the tip to the driver?
Tipping is optional. If you feel your driver has offered very good service to you, your tipping is a kind of encouragement for him. top
10) Does the drive speak English?
No, most of the drivers speak little English! So you have to do some preparatory work for your sightseeing or business. For the tour guide hire fees, please visit our tour guide service charge. top
