Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, met and transferred to your hotel. Free for the rest of the day.
Day 02: Beijing
Beginning the day with a visit to Tiananmen Square, the world largest square of this kind. Then move on to the imperial palace, also known as the Forbidden City that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch go on with the visit to Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Back to hotel. ( B L )
Day 03: Beijing
Today's highlight is to visit the great wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch, continue a visit to Dingling, one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. Peking Duck dinner and Peking Opera Show in the evening. ( B L D )
Day 04: Beijing--Xian by air
After breakfast, take morning flight for Xian. Met and transferred to your hotel in Xian ( booked by us ). After lunch, your city tour begins with a visit to The Shaanxi Museum - a large modern museum of the national level. Then move on to The Bell Tower and drum tower - dating back to the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Then visit Xian City Wall - a symbol of great significance of the famous historic cultural city of Xian. Back to your hotel. ( B L )
Day 05: Xian
Beginning the day with a once-in-a lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2200-year-old terra-cotta Army of China's First Emperor-Qin Shihuang. Three exhibition halls house the continuing excavation of am army of 7,000 terracotta soldiers and horses that guard the tomb of the the First Emperor. After lunch visit Maosoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang that the tomb of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty (221BC-207BC) and also of China. Then go on visit with the Big Goode Pagoda. Local flavor dinner--dumpling. After dinner watch the Tang Dynasty Show in the evening. ( B L D )
Day 06: Xian--Dunhuang by air
After breakfast, transferred to the airport for the flight for Dunhuang. Met and transferred to your hotel in Dunhuang. After lunch you will be arranged to have the came-riding along the Echoing-Sand Dune that surrounded by rolling ridges and precipitous cliffs and offers superb picture-book desert scenery. Then walk around reach the Crescent. ( B L D )
Day 07: Dunhuang--Turpan by Overnight train
Morning tour of Mogao Grottoes (also known as Thousand Buddha Cave), is one of three noted grottoes in China and also the largest, best preserved and richest treasure house of Buddhist art in the world. After lunch, be transferred to the railway station to connect the train to Turpan. Stay tonight Overnight train. ( B L D )
Day 08: Arrival in Turpan
Arrival in Turpan early in the morning. Transferred to your hotel with breakfast. After breakfast, full day tour of Gaochang Ancient City - one of the best-preserved ancient city ruins in China, and once was a key point along the Silk Road, the Flaming Mountain - not a death hill with nothing but sand and rocks and really a charming scenic spot in Xinjiang, Astana Tombs - where the ancient people are buried and famous for its terracotta figurines and tomb paintings, Grape Valley and Karez Well-a kind of underground water works invented and built by laboring people. Day 09: Turpan--Urumchi by road
After breakfast, take a van or coach to Urumchi. After lunch, enjoy an excursion to Tianchi Lake that a lake boasts both splendid natural scenery and legendary talessituated on Tianshan Mountain. Return to the city to visit the Bazaar in Urumchi. Stay at your hotel in Xinjiang ( B L D )
Day 10: Urumchi--Kashgar by air
After breakfast, transferred to airport for the flight to Kashgar. Met and transferred to your Hotel in Kashi. After lunch, visit a main historic sight in Kashgar Id Kah Mosque built in 1442, then move on to the weekly open-air market Sunday bazaar, go on visit with Abakh Khoja Tomb the Abakh Khoja family tomb of the powerful 17th century ruler of Kashi, ( B L D )
Day 11: Kashgar
Full day round trip to the visit Lake Karakuli 1500 kilometers from Urumqi in southwest Xinjiang, and about 3600 meters above sea level. ( B L D )
Day 12: Kashgar--Urumchi by air
After breakfast, transferred to the airport for your flight to Urumchi. Stay at your hotel and free for rest of the day. ( B L )
Day 13: Urumchi--Beijing by air
After breakfast, take the flight for Beijing. Met and transferred to your hotel in Beijing or connect your flight for your next destination. ( B )
