We operate 8 Beijing seat-in coach day tours and 3 coach evening tours covering such major attractions as Badaling Great Wall, Simatai Great Wall, Mutianyu Great Wall, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace and Hutong tours and such evening activities as Kung fu show, acrobatics show and peking Opera.
How do I reserve the bus tours?

Any discount if I book more than one coach tour from your company?
You will be entitled to 10% discount if you book more than one bus tours from our company at the same time.
Why are the prices for your bus tours much lower than those selling on the hotel tour desks in Beijing?
We digitize the booking system ( online booking ) to lower the management cost to the benefit of our clients. The rental of the tour desk at each hotel in Beijing tend to much higher, hence the higher prices for the same Beijing seat-in coach tours.
What are included in the coach tours?
Our prices include entrance fees, lunch, air-conditioned 22-seat coach, shared English speaking guide.
How about the lunch?
Usually the tourist meals have a bad name. But we try our best to improve the quality of the lunch on the tour. Each lunch includes 8 dishes with soft drink like cola or local beer.
What about the tour guide?
With most of them university graduates, our Beijing tour guides have received very good professional training in hospitality industry. They all love their work and are ready to render their good services to you. They all have the official licenses for tour guide service.
How about the vehicle?
We use the air-conditioned 22-seat King Long coach, a Sino-Janpan co-product locally made in China. All the coaches are licensed with insurance. All vehicles are equipped with air-conditioning; Can carry standard luggage; Are always clean,tidy and odour-and damage-free; Are not refuelled during the transfer; Are parked within a distance of not more than 100 metres from the collection point.
How about the driver?
All the drivers have the official licenses with over 5 years' driving experience. All drivers select the most dynamic route, observe local traffic regulations; Are properly dressed(suit,tie,matching/polished shoes,etc); Are familiar with the region in which the operate; Refrain from smoking,eating and drinking in the passenger¡¯s presence.
Any tourist shops on the coach tours?
We do arrange one or two shops on the tour. Chinese tourist shops have a very bad name on the internet. Actually the things are not so bad as it is. The shopping stops are nice places for you to relax and at the same time to make use of the short time to familiarize yourself of the local products. All shopping is not compulsory. Life is beautiful after all.
When and how do you come to my hotel and pick me up?
Our tour guide will call you on the previous evening to finalise the departure time for next morning from your hotel. Usually our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel around 8:00am.
How do I pay the coach tours?
Pay the coach tour on the spot when you are board the bus.
To whom should I complain if I have received very bad service?
You can complain to the manager of Beijing Xinhua International Tours at manager@tour-beijing.com. If you feel your case is very serious, you are suggested to complain to our local tourism bureau at Beijing Tourism Complaint.
