Crystal,
I wanted to drop you a note and tell you that the tour you arranged for us was far better than we expected. Both Driver Ma and our guide Winnie were fantastic. They treated us like family and we felt sad leaving them to come home. If all of your employees are as good as those two are, you will have great success with your company.
