Situated in No.29,Chenxiang Cabinet Road, Chenxiang Cabinet together with Jade Buddha Temple, Longhua Temple, Jingan Temple, Yuanming Schoolroom is listed as protected unit of emphases culture relic under the nation. Chenxiang Cabinet is well-known both home and abroad for its classic elegance and the Chenxiang Kwan-yin.
The construction in Chenxiang Cabinet is grand and elegance. In the front of the temple is Mile Palace with hill gate and stone lane. In the middle erects Daxiong Bao Palace, Chenxiang Buddha Palace, Zaohexuan, Zen Hall as well as Side Building on the left and right.
The Kwan-yin, sacrificed in Chenxiang Cabinet, is carved with the whole agalloch subtly, with fluency line and exquisite sculpt. The Kwan-yin sits and seems to think with the right foot bent, right hand sagged over the knee, left hand supported and the head leaned.
Looking upwards from the courtyard, there is a cabinet with French window in east, west and south hung in the air set up by four pillars in the middle, which is the famed Cabinet. Walking up along the floor on the two sides, immediately you will smell full-bodied aroma, which is the real Chenxiang Cabinet.
It is near the famous Cheng Huang Miao and Yu Yuan, so many Buddhism Christian and tourist are attracted to have a visit from native and oversea.
