Jinjiang Park, affiliated to the Jinjiang Group, is a large-scale amusement park in Shanghai. Founded in 1984, the park is located in No.201 Hongmei Road in Meilong District in Southwest of Shanghai, a booming district which is becoming more prosperous each day. It is also the hub of the transportation. Subway line one, Huhangyong Expressway, Huhang Railway as well as over 20 bus routes have stops set up here.
With an area of 110,000 square meters, at present the park holds more than 30 amusement projects of big or medium size affording much pleasure to for perfect mix of amusement, arts and natural scenery together. Most of the whirly items are brought in from abroad. In order to meet the growing culture and exercise needs of tourists from home and abroad, new items have been added continually such as “Happy World”, “Gorge Rafting”, etc., which demonstrates the advanced level of the park. In May, 2003, it built the luxury double deck Carrousel, Which is popular with tourists.
