Taking the Beijing airport bus is a good option of going to the downtown Beijing from Beijing Capital Airport or vice versa if your destination is close to an airport shuttle bus stop. Beijing Capital Airport has three terminals - T3, T2 and T1. Each Terminal has its own airport shuttle bus terminal. All the three airport shuttle bus terminals have the same airport bus routes going from T3 through T1. At each ticket booth there is a board showing the stops each bus route will take. The buses do not do unscheduled stops. There is no English spoken bus people. Buses go when full for every 20 minutes.

1. Shuttle Bus Fares
There are two kinds of airport shuttle buses from Beijing Capital Airport: One for downtown Beijing and the other for the nearby cities.1) Airport Downtown Shuttle Buses
The downtown shuttle buses charge differently according to your final destinations in Beijing, including rates of RMB 20, RMB 25, and RMB 30. Please see the price signs attached to bus ticket booths for more specific price information.
2）Airport Buses to Nearby Cities
When you purchase the tickets for the airport buses going to other cities near Beijing, you need to present your valid ID.
Beijing to and from Tianjin: RMB 82/per person
Beijing to and from Tanggu: RMB 94/per person
Beijing to and from Qinhuangdao: RMB 140/per person
Beijing to and from Langfang: RMB 45/per person
Beijing to and from Baoding: RMB 100/per person
Beijing to and from Tangshan: RMB100/per person
Beijing to and from Cangzhou: RMB 100/per person
2. Airport Bus Ticket Booths & Bus Terminals
Beijing Capital Airport has three terminals - T3, T2 and T1. Each Terminal has its own airport shuttle bus terminal.
All the three airport shuttle bus terminals have the same airport bus routes going from T3 through T1.1) Airport Terminal No.03 Shuttle Bus Service
The Terminal No.03 ( T3 ) is a huge 4-storey building. The T3 Bus Terminal is located outside the first floor of T3. Your arrival hall is on the second floor. That means you have to take a lift to the first floor and buy the bus ticket at the ticket desk there, and go out of the building.
Once outside, you will see several rows of buses waiting by the side of big signboards showing different bus routes. Please check the signboards to find your right destination.

2） Airport Terminal No.02 Shuttle Bus Service
The Terminal No.02 ( T2 ) is a big 3-storey building. The T2 Bus Terminal is located outside the first floor of T2. Your arrival hall is on the first floor. So you just go out of the arrival hall. By the Gate No 11 of the arrival hall, you will find the Bus Ticket Selling Desk.
All the buses are waiting by the side of big signboards showing different bus routes. Please check the signboards to find your right destination.

3) Airport Terminal No.01 Shuttle Bus Service
The Terminal No.01 ( T1 ) is a 2-storey building. The T1 Bus Terminal is located outside the first floor of T1. Your arrival hall is on the first floor. On the right hand of the hall, you will find the Bus Ticket Selling Desk and a cozy lounge for passengers waiting for the buses.
All the buses are waiting outside the Gate 7 by the side of the signboards showing different bus routes. Please check the signboards to find your right destination.

3. Free Inter-Terminal Shuttle Bus Service
If you get to a wrong terminal or you want to have a transit at the different terminals of Beijing capital airport, you can use free Inter-Terminal Shuttle Bus Service. Every 10 minutes, there is a free shuttle bus leaving from Terminal 3 for Terminal 2 and then Terminal 1, vice versa.
Each bus takes about 10 minutes for one-way transfer.
Pick-up stops: T3 Gate 5 on the arrival first Floor; T2 Gate 11 on the arrival first Floor; T1 Gate 3-5 on the first Floor; Shuttle Bus Route: Gate 5 of T3 first floor - T2 Departure Second Floor - T1 Departure First Floor - Gate 11 of T2 first arrival Floor - Gate 5 of T1 First Floor - T3 Departure Third Floor - Gate 5 of T3 First Floor Operating hours: every 10 minutes at 06:00 - 23:00; every 30 minutes from 23:00 to 6:00 next day.
