To whom it may concern,
Yesterday I arranged a trip for my guests in Beijing to go to the Great Wall. Unfortunately, one of my guests had an injured leg, and could not go for a whole day after all, and I had to cancel the trip again. I usually do not write back with feedback, but the support and service was of an outmost professional level, and I therefore believe that giving feedback for this, is my pleasure. My contact person's name was Wendy. Wendy was extremely helpful - giving good advice and coming up with ideas of alternative trips for my guests. I have stayed in Beijing for more than 2 years now, and helped guests on trips around Beijing many times, but unfortunately not with etours before. I have never experienced such a level of help and support before, and will assure you, that from now on, I will definitely only use etours for all my guests, and tell all other foreigners about this excellent service. I can't wait to actually send people with Etours, and see if the service is the same all the way through.
A big thanks to Wendy for a excellent support, that was beyond my expectations
Best Regards,
