Hi Reina
We have been back for over a week, adjusting to the time difference.
Just thought I would give you some feedback on our trip.
Overall : all in all a great experience. I will recommend this agency, guides met us at the airport almost all on time and were really nice and accommodating. Trip was well organised and at a good pace, we saw lots.
Guides: We had very good guides in Beijing, Shanghai and Chongching. Beijing guide was accommodating and we enjoyed the sites.
Xian however was not a great experience, our guide spoke little english which made it difficult to communicate particularly to see historical sites and get explanations. Our hotel was not ready and when we arrived so we wanted to leave our carry on bags in the car the driver was really mad at us. The Sheraton hotel was a bit out of the way.
Hotel: Generally hotels were good, clean and good service, in particular Salvo - was a super hotel it was great.
Food: diners were good (except Shanghai), but the lunches so so.
Show: We loved the Arcrobats, Show and the show in Xian. Opera I could have skipped.
The cruise was also nice, relaxing.
We really enjoyed China it was a great trip.
Thank-you and say hi to our Beijing guide!
Anna & Eddy
