Tour Description
Picked up from your downtown hotel in Beijing around 8:30 and transferred to Tianyi Strawberry Farm for fruit picking. Tianyi Strawberry Farm is a demonstration farm that grow the fruit in cooperation with agro-scientists from the Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry. The farm is one of the Beijing's major strawberry growers - it has 800 greenhouses on 330 hectares of land and sells 10 million runners annually to farmers throughout the country.
After pre-arranged Chinese lunch, transferred to Badaling Great Wall. Badaling section is the most famous and best-preserved Great Wall around Beijing. It lies 100 KM away at the northwest of Beijing. The Badaling section of Great Wall is about 3, 740 meters long and averagely 8 meters high. The highest section is 15 meters high. The wall is wide enough for five horses to ride abreast. Badaling was the earliest part open to the visitors among all the sections of the Great Wall in Beijing. If you want to get to the highest point and have a bird eye’s view of this section of the great wall, cable car is a good choice ( optional ). After the tour, transferred back to your midtown hotel in Beijing.
