We stayed 5 nights at Salvo Hotel and the rooms were very big and clean. It had a tea and coffee making machine. We had two beds inside and the room outside had a sofa and armchairs. All the staff were friendly with all smiles. They spoke fairly good English. the bund and Nanjing road are just within 3-4 blocks.On the top floor, we had some beer. The view at the top was fantastic! The Huangpu River, Pearl TV Tower and Jingmao Tower were just in sight. If you go out and cross the street from the hotel,there are a lot of
small cafes and shops.
