If you have about 8 hours'transit time in Beijing, we can arrange your stop-over excursion to of the Great Wall! Our tour guide will hold a signboard in your name to meet you at the airport. Then our guide will lead you to the parking lot. Put your luggage in the back of the car and start your short trip to the Juyongguan Great Wall. On the one hour's drive to the Wall, our guide will offer your some insight information on Beijing and its sites. Juyongguan Great Wall is a site of an ancient military town with watch towers, official residences, temples, a Confucian school and other structures. The present Pass was initially built in the Ming Dynasty and received much repair later. It is a very important strategic place connecting the inner Beijing and the area near the northern border of China. The Juyongguan Pass has been noted for its strategic importance for more than 2,000 years. Hiking the wallfor 2 hours. Having lunch at a local restaurant, which offers nice Chinese food. After the lunch, return to the Beijing Capital Airport for your next destination.
