Tour Description
Our driver picks you up at your hotel at 8:00am. You will be transferred to the Temple of Heaven. Every morning the Temple of Heaven is just like a huge playground, on which a great number of local people come here to do morning activities like Taiji Quan, Qigong, Kung Fu, singing, dancing etc.
Your Taiji Quan instructor will offer you one hour's lecture on Chinese Taichi on the spot starting with a demonstration of the basic steps of Taichi. Afterwards, your master teaches you how to do some of these elegant, flowing exercises together with him, assisting you to feel one of China's most highly regarded arts. Transferred back to your hotel around 12:00pm.
