An incredible tour! My husband and I took this tour with Jackie. We had an amazing time! He picked us up right on time at the airport then to Tiananmen Square and forbidden city. His knowledge was great and answered all our countless questions. It was very very cold but by 11 am it was nice. Our driver made us feel very safe too, the car was clean and comfortable. Lunch was amazing! We got the group lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Then at the Great Wall we took the ski lift, i highly recommend it rather than the cable car (unless your scared of heights!). We had free time to roam the wall then all took the toboggan down. The tour ended around 3 and we returned to the airport for our flight. Highly recommend this tour and if you can, go with Jackie. |

Excellent and reliable tour operator We booked a customised half-day trip for our 8 hours flight stopover in Beijing. Booking via internet went very well with a very responsive and understanding service. They were flexibleand understanding of our tight time schedule and the associated risks (traffic, flight connection). It all went perfectly well: Pick-up at the airport, well-informed, English- speaking tour guide, safe driver, visit to Tiananmen Square and the immediate surroundings. Our tour guide got us into the Mao Mausoleum just before it closed. We also toured the National Museum of China. We absolutely maximised the time and caught our onward flight. I can highly recommend this touroperator. |

Best Layover Ever! Our family travels the world as the, Four Homeless Millionaires. We've endured and experienced more layovers than I can remember. Tour-Beijing was hands down our best experience ever! We had a 10 hour layover flying from Sydney, Australia to Vancouver, Canada. At the last minute I decided to see what we could do with the time we had instead of sleeping at theairport. Tour-Beijing offered the perfect tour for people in our situation. In our short time in the country, the company arranged for an English speaking guide to meet us at the airport, drive us to the Great Wall in a private van, where all our bags were safe and secure as we explored, and then drove us back to the airport with time to spare before our next flight. Andy W.H. Wang was our tour guide, and I cannot say enough about how great he was. He was AMAZING! ... |

Important Things to Keep in Mind
If you are going to visit Beijing during your short layover, you are kindly reminded that you should give yourself a reasonable amount of time to exit the airport and go through customs, which usually take you more than an hour. You also figure out the enough time to return to the airport and go through security again. You still get back 2-3 hours prior to the departing flight. You will need a visa if you plan to leave the airport. Disclaimer Statement
