Qingchengshan, Chengdu
Qingchenshan means “Green City Mt.” because the whole mountain is covered by green trees, like a city. Being 17kms from Dujiangyan scenery spot, Qingchengshan is famous for its beauty and quietness.
Round mountains, surrounding rivers, green peaks into cloud, haulting mist and could, quiet and deep tracks, etc. are characteristic. Thick ancient forest scelder sun, cliff and precipice form a scenic spot, plank road built a cliff wound their way; small bridge and purl; deep water-eroded cave and thousands pieces of mammary calculurs; singing birds and fragrant flowers.

Major religious sites here include the Natural Picture (a building complex immersed in Nature), the Jianfu Palace, the Tianshi Cave, the Zushi Palace, and the Shangqing Palace. All structures are shaded by dense woods and embraced by nature.
