History: At the early period of foundation of the People’s Republic of China, Hezuo was belonged to Xiahe County of Gannan Tibet Autonomous Prefecture. 1956, the capital of Gannan Tibet Autonomous immigrated from Xiahe to Hezuo which pushed Hezuo into a new setup. Hezuo City was founded formerly in 1998 after approved by the State Council.
Climate: Most areas of Hezuo enjoy a cold and humid climate. The winter is long, dry and windy with an average temperature of 2℃. The illumination is abundant. The annual average rainfall is 558mm, fastening on July, August and September
Transportation: Hezuo is an important transit point for travelers coming between Lanzhou and Chengdu, visiting Xiahe, Langmusi, Ruogai Grassland and Jiuzhaigou, a perfect passange travel route between Gansu and Sichuan.
From the city of Hezuo, there are daily buses going to Lanzhou, Xiahe, Langmusi and Ruergai. We are approaching the city of Hezuo.
