Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) is the heart and soul of Hong Kong situated at the very tip of the Kowloon Peninsula. Tsim Sha Tsui is a major tourist hub in metropolitan Hong Kong, with many shops and restaurants that cater to tourists. Many of the museums in the territory are located in the area.From the massive Ocean Terminal/Harbour City, head up Peking Road, past the myriad of jewelers, bars and restaurants until you reach Nathan Road. Known as "The Golden Mile", Nathan Road will dazzle you with it's sights, sounds and smells. Chungking Mansions is well worth the visit and is a great spot for some authentic, affordable Indian food.
Do not miss the largest high-tech outdoor fountain show in the Centenary Garden in Tsim Sha Tsui East. The show will last 7 minutes with 2 sessions on each 6pm and 8pm on every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, starting from Dec 11, 2001 to Feb 26, 2002. This features a "Pillar of Heaven" rising about 20 metres in the air with cascading mist combining with real fire, light, water and music. There will be extra show on 24 , 26, 31 of Dec and 11, 13 of Feb.
