Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal
Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal (上海港国际客运中心) is the largest passengers cruise terminal in Shanghai. It is located at the north Bund area in Hongkou District near downtown. The bubble-shaped glass building terminal can hold three large passenger liners of between 70,000 tons and 80,000 tons at the same time. The port has been designed to cope with a turnover of 1 million tourists a year.
Costa Allegra (under Carnival Group) has established a homeport base at the temporary cruise terminal in the North Bund, becoming the first international cruise line to do so.
So ships larger than 87,000 tons will not get to the Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal, due to the low bridge on Huangpu River, and will have to berth at the Wusongkou Cruise Port,or Waigaoqiao Cruise Port.
To be on an international cruise in Shanghai, you are required to get to the terminal two hours in advence to go through the boarding procedures.

Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal is close to the bund. It can be reached either by subway or public bus.
1.Subway: take subway line 4 and get off at the station of Yangshupu Road(杨树浦路站), then walk to the cruise terminal.
