The Tian You Peak Area
The Tianyou Peak is situated north to the Fifth and the Sixth Crooks and covers an area of 4 square kilometers.
With beautiful and ever-changing clouds reflected in the water and the sun shining through the cloud-and-fog-induced fogginess before reaching the rippling water, Tianyou Peak is the No. 1 must-see spot at the Mt. Wuyi area. During the aftermath of a rain or when the dawn breaks upon earth, the ever-shrouding clouds only allow the tip of the mountain to be visible. Standing atop the mountain you would feel that you are transported to a heavenly place, roaming in heaven . Hence its name Tianyou which literally means roaming in heaven.
On top of the peak, you can have a full panoramic sight of the landscape , be it in any season or be it sunny or rainly or snowy or foggy . The vista ever changes with spring teeming with blooming flowers, summer exposing its dense verdure and blowing the cool wind, fall giving nice pigmentation to the foliage and ripening the flowers, and winter being super shrouded by the beauty of the clouds. Watching the clouds, enjoying the sunrise and sunset and the moon can all be soul-purifying experiences.
