The hotel is located right in the park and the architecture goes well with the surroundings. You can easily walk to the next "scenic spot", or the little "downtown" area, and they have a pretty good bus system in the park. The interior of the hotel is nice too and the room is adequate. Food isn't so good at the restaurant, and overpriced too. Breakfast is ok if you eat in the dining hall but make sure you don't order it packed before hand. I don't know what's the deal with the swimming pool –– it's never open, which was a disappointment as I was looking forward to a swim. We went in July and Wuyi was HOT (air conditioning works well, but you don't go there to spend all day indoors). Overall it's a pleasant place. |
Wuyishan is a small town (for China). This hotel is generally regarded by the locals as the nicest hotel in Wuyishan. My family and I (foreigners living in China) liked the hotel. A few things: |
Below is the Chinese name and address for Wuyi Villa, Wuyshan. Just print it and convenient for you to get to the hotel!
