Honglong is located in Songpan County of Sichuan Province, 390km north of Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province.

1. Important Notice on Airport and Train Transfer
1) If your flight or train departs from the city before 9:00 am or after 11:00 pm, and arrives at the city before 8:00 am or after 10:00 pm, extra charge US$10 will be added to each car transfer.
2) For airport pick-up, your driver will meet you at the airport holding a piece of paper with your name; for railway pick-up, your English speaking tour guide will hold a piece of paper with your name and meet you.
2. About our vehicles
We use the air-conditioned and well-shaped vehicles. All the vehicles are licensed with insurance. All vehicles are equipped with air-conditioning; can carry standard luggage; are always clean, tidy and odor-and damage-free.

5. How to reserve the car rental?

b. Our real trip advisors will have contact you either by email or telephone. We offer one to one real person contact. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email which includes the confirmed detailed itinerary with prices.
c. Way of Payment: Prepayment is needed to hold your reservation. Cash payment, credit card payment or wire transfer. Both Yuan and US$ or other hard currencies are acceptable.
6. Cancellation Policy
If we receive your written notice on your change or cancellation 12 hours in advance of your arrival, you will have your full refund guaranteed.
If we get your urgent cancellation within 12 hours of arrival, you will pay US$10 per vehicle; If no-show, you will get a penalty of full payment.
